DETROIT, MI
Detroit is home to many buildings owned by Quicken Loans and the Rock FOC, and I have received environmental requests in all of them. Below are various designs I created for different buildings, ranging from window frost designs to acrylic signage (it's mostly acrylic signage).
Unless otherwise noted, all Detroit photos were taken by myself.
1900 Wall Wayfinding

The 1900 St. Antoine building can be a little confusing to find out where you’re going, so I was tasked with creating wayfinding. The building’s interior took inspiration from designs from the early 1900’s, so I carried that Art Deco look over into the wall wayfinding with sharp arrow and borders.

One of the challenges with the 1900 Wayfinding initiative is that when you walk onto the floor, you’re greeted by a large section of glass. The wall wayfinding wouldn’t quite work here, so in order to create a more impactful solution, I decided to create a frost design which would in turn provide a little bit of privacy to those who are using the conference room.
OCM Interview Room

I received a request to create a wall graphic for a room dedicated to interviewing candidates. The client mentioned that they wanted a graphic that was Detroit specific. Since Quicken Loans and the ROCK FOC are known for renovating and using many buildings in downtown Detroit, I took inspiration from blueprint illustrations and illustrated many of Detroit’s iconic locations, such as Comerica Park, the Fox Theater, One Campus Martius, and the new Little Caesars Arena.
Window Frost - One Woodward
Concierge in this location were having issues with team members running into their windows, so they needed a window frost design to let team members know that there is a window by the doorway. Taking inspiration from the building's architectural design, I created elongated diomand shapes for a visually interesting design compared to just a solid frost.
Conference Room Plaque
In order to honor the best of the best, select conference rooms are named after team members. Underneath the conference room sign rests a plaque that gives you information about the team member the room is named after.
Allergy Signs Prototype
QL and Rock FOC have had a very temporary solution when it had come to promoting awareness of various allergies team members have on each floor. They needed a change, so I designed this prototype where there will be removable acrylic labels so that different allergies can be added or removed when team members move to different buildings.
Conference Room Sign
The Legal Team within QL needed a conference room sign for their private room. They chose the name "Lil' Bigger Legal" since this was the new expanded version of their previous room "Lil' Legal." Their building had bright orange and green colors, so I used orange in the sign to contrast with the surrounding green wall.

The conference room was named Butterfly Goodeid, so I created a dynamic design that branched out of the standard rectangular conference room signs.

The assembled sign incorporates multiple types of acrylic in different layers along with printed vinyl for the letters and the fish's body.
PHOENIX, ARIZONA
Due to a growing number of employees, Quicken Loans transferred everyone from Scottsdale to a bigger space in Phoenix. With a new building, you need a new interior and a new theme. Working with the interior design company, dPOP! and JiffySigns, I designed conference room signage, ADA signage, and restroom wayfinding for the new space.

CLEVELAND, OHIO
The Higbee building in Cleveland, OH is inspired by the 1920's and the Art Deco movement. I received a request to create Art Deco conference room signs. The interior designers wanted complex, geometric imagery with raised letters.
